May 8: Met coke import through Krishnapatnam Port stood at 17,050 tons in April, according to provisional data available with ICMW.
There were no imports of the same in the month of March.
Met coke imports through the port stood 14,649 tons for the month of February.

In April, the entire consignment came from China at a price range of Rs 8,742-Rs 9,165($139-$145) per ton.
In February, 6,949 tons arrived from China at a price range of Rs 12,652-Rs 12,722 ($203) per ton while details of the balance 7,700 tons was not available.
