MMTC floats NIT to procure hard coking coal for NINL

May 8: MMTC Ltd has floated an open notice inviting tender (NIT) for procurement of 20,000 to 30,000 tons (+/-5%) of imported washed hard coking coal to be delivered at Neelachal Ispat Nigam Ltd, Jajpur, Odisha.

The material to be procured should be of such specifications: Total moisture 10-12%, volatile matter 20-32%, ash 8.5-10%, size 0-50 mm.

The tender was floated on May 7 and the last date for submission of bids is May 15. The material is to be delivered by May 31.
