MMTC floats NIT to sell Met coke

December 13: MMTC Limited, a Government of India enterprise, has floated a notice inviting tender (NIT) to sell 11,000 tons (+/-10%) of Low Ash Metallurgical Coke (LAM) coke, according to information available with ICMW.

The total quantity which amounts to 5 rakes (each rake containing about 2,200 tons) are to be sold during December 2013/January 2014.

The material to be sold has 12.5% ash, 1% variable moisture, 0.6% Sulphur while the size is between 20-80 mm.

Interested parties can submit their bids till December 20, 2013 up to 3 pm.
