MRPL eyes 2 pet coke shipments by end-Feb

February 24: Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL) is scheduled to ship two more pet coke consignments by the end of this month from New Mangalore Port, a senior port official told ICMW.

The consignment consists of 7,000 tons of pet coke to Dalmia Bharat Cement, the official added.

“The cargo permission has been approved and it is expected that the shipment will be ready by the end of this week,” the official said.

Earlier, in January 2015, MRPL despatched total four consignments to Ramco Cements and Dalmia Bharat Cements, totalling 32,000 tons.
