April 3: G-10 grade coal (GCV range 4,301 and 4,600 Kcal/kg) offered through the e-auction platform of coaljunction during March saw moderate demand as 446,010 tons out of an offered quantity of 615,760 tons got allotted and the weighted average price of the allotted quantity during the month stood at Rs 2,100/ton.
However, during February, the G-10 offering saw good demand as 225,000 tons out of an offered quantity of 325,000 tons got allotted and the weighted average price of the allotted quantity during the month stood at Rs 2,082/ton.
In January, G-10 grade coal offered saw moderate demand as 530,458 tons out of an offered quantity of 592,178 tons got allotted and the weighted average price of the allotted quantity during the month stood at Rs 2,017/ton.
