March pet coke exports via Vizag sharply up 119% m-o-m

April 11: Pet coke exports through the port of Vizag were at 23,000 tons in March 2014 against a quantum of 10,500 tons recorded for February 2014, showing a sharp increase of 119%, as per provisional data available withICMW.

In March, the entire volume was sent to Bahrain at a unit price of Rs 22,875.

In February, 10,000 tons of calcined pet coke was exported to Mozambique at Rs 21,634 per ton while 5,000 tons went to South Africa at the same price.
