May pet coke exports via Vizag up 56.52% m-o-m

June 11: Calcined petroleum coke (pet coke) exports through the port of Vizag increased 56.52% in May, 2014 to 36,000 tons as against 23,000 tons in April, as per provisional data available with ICMW.
In March, exports of pet coke through Vizag Port were the same quantum as that of April.
Of the total consignments in May, 2014, 7,500 tons exported to Mozambique at a unit price of Rs 20,858, 21,000 tons went to Qatar at Rs 21,546 per ton and balance 7,500 tons went to South Africa at a unit price of Rs 20,858.
In April, the entire consignment went to Bahrain at a unit price of Rs 22,294.
