Mere 3 tons of pet coke exports via Chennai in March

A negligible 3 tons of pet coke was exported through Chennai Port in March against 4 tons in February 2016, as per provisional information available with ICMW.

In January 2016, a mere 2 tons had been exported through the port but it may be recalled that there have been no exports of the fuel through the port since July – December, 2015 while in June these were at a negligible 6 tons.

March 2016 saw the material going to Oman at Rs 30,390/ton.

In February 2016, the material went to Oman at a range of Rs 30,168- Rs 30,324 per ton while in January 2016, the material went to Oman at Rs 30,299 per ton.
