Met coke imports via Gangavaram fall 33% in Oct m-o-m

November 17: Met coke imports via Gangavaram Port stood at 5,000 tons during the month of October 2014 while 7,500 tons were imported via the port during the previous month, according to provisional data available with ICMW.

In October 2014, the entire quantity came from Russia at a price of Rs 15,794 ($255) per ton whereas during the month of September, the entire material came in from Italy at a price range of Rs 13,862-Rs 16,540 ($227-$268) per ton.
