Met coke imports via Mormugao at 34,196 tons in April

May 23: Met coke import via Mormugao Port stood at 34,196 tons during April 2014 while, during the previous month, imports of the material through the port stood at nil, according to provisional data available with ICMW.

During April 2013, met coke imports via the port also stood at nil.

In April, the entire material came from Japan at a price of Rs 16,147 ($266) per ton.
