Met coke imports via Vizag drop sharp 84.55% in Oct

November 25: Met coke imports through the port of Vizag stood at 478 tons in October 2013 against 3,095 tons reported in September 2013, showing a drop of 84.55%, according to provisional information available with ICMW.

In October, the entire consignment arrived from China at a unit price of Rs 17,158 ($276).

In September, the consignment arrived from China in a price range of Rs 17,323 - Rs 17,425 ($272-4273) per ton.
