MoC Director, Technical nominated to 2 allocation panels

December 11: The Ministry of Coal (MoC), through an official communiqué, has informed that the Director, Technical, MoC, has been nominated as a Member on the two following committees. One panel had been set up for "Auction By Competitive Bidding Of Coal Mines, Rules 2012" for examination/evaluation of applications for the allotment of coal blocks to government companies/corporations for power and specified end-use and mining. The other is the technical committee for identifying additional blocks for offer via the competitive bidding route.
