Moderate demand for G1 grade in Dec on coaljunction

There was moderate demand G1 (GCV above 7,001 Kcal/kg) in December 2015 on coaljunction as out of the offered quantity of 30,000 tons by North Eastern Coalfields Ltd (NECL), a quantity of 7,570 tons got allotted at a weighted average price of Rs 5,651 per ton, according to data available with ICMW.
However, there were no offerings of G1 grades of coal on the e-auction platform of coaljunction by Coal India (CIL) subsidiaries in October and November, 2015.
