Mormugao’s Oct steam coal imports at 316,078 tons

November 20: Non-coking coal imports through the port of Mormugao stood at 316,078 tons in October 2014, while there were no imports in September, as per provisional information available with ICMW.
In October 2013 too, there had been no coking coal imports through the port.
In the first seven months (April-October) of the current financial year (2014-15), non-coking coal imports through the port stood at 1,268,174 while the figure was nil during the same period of 2013-14.
