NINL increases LAM coke offers by Rs 1500 per ton

NINL is offering LAM coke on NINL plant basis at Rs 13,000 per ton in April, as against Rs 11,500 per ton in March, following an increase in international prices, according to information available with ICMW.  

The price is exclusive of excise duty, sales tax, freight and other duties.

The offer is valid for material up to 5,000 tons.

The specifications of LAM coke include moisture 3% (max), ash 12.5%, VM 1%, FC (dry basis) 85%, sulphur 0.6% max, CSR 63.5%.

The offer is valid till April 30, 2016.

According to information with ICMW, imported met coke prices improved to $123 per ton CFR India in April as against $117 per ton CFR India in March. Similarly, imported coking coal prices also rose to $87 per ton FOB in April as against $77.25 per ton in March.
