May 5: State utility NTPC Ltd has floated a notice inviting tender (NIT) to procure 1 million tons (mt) of imported steam coal for its Simhadri power plant.
The scope of work includes supply of the material on C&F/High Sea Sales basis either at Gangavaram or at Vizag Port only for NTPC Simhadri, Andhra Pradesh.
The last date for submission of bids is June 12.
