No anthracite imports via New Mangalore for 2 months

There have been no anthracite coal imports via New Mangalore Port for the last two consecutive months, as per provisional data available with ICMW. Last time PCI coal had been imported via this port was in October 2015.

There had been no anthracite coal imports via this port in December 2014 either.

Total anthracite coal imports through the port during the first nine months (April-December) of 2015-16 stood at 3,522 tons while there were no imports in the same period of the previous fiscal.

Imports of anthracite coal through the port in financial year 2014-15 stood at 44,000 tons.
