October 18: Spot coal prices in international markets continued to remain soft with the rates of standard South African and Australian varieties turning further weak on continued lack of enquiries on October 17, industry sources said.
However, off-spec material such as 5,500 Kcal/kg variety continued to remain in attraction, they added.
