No gypsum imports via Kandla Port in February

March 31: There were no imports of gypsum recorded through Kandla Port in February, according to provisional data available with ICMW.
During the first 11 months (April-February) of 2014-15, total gypsum imports via the port stood at 339,133 tons whereas the figure stood at 144,150 tons during the corresponding period of the previous fiscal.

In January 2015, the entire material came in from Iran at a price range of Rs 1,300-Rs 1,616 ($21-$25) per ton.
