No improvement seen in near-term coal demand; swaps close lower

Indonesian coal swap for delivery Q1 2016 declined month on month and flat on week over week. Price of coal seen no improvements this past week and expected to continue this trend, at least until end of this year or Q1 2016.
The Q1 2016 swap declined $1.40 (-3.71%) per ton to US$ 36.30 month over month according to AsiaClear OTC coal swap's reports released on 13 November 2015, last Friday.
FOB Indonesia coal swap
According to this past week’s SGX data, sub-bit FOB Indonesia coal swap (average) Q2 2016 swap was also dropped $ 1.80 (4.77%) per ton month on month and flat week on week on 13 November 2015.
The SGX's data further shows that, FOB Indonesia coal swap for Q3 2016 delivery lost US$ 1.70 (-4.51%) per ton month on month and closed at US$ 36.00 per MT.
Sub-bit FOB Indonesia coal swap, as per SGX's data, particularly for Q1 2016, Q2 and Q3 2016 deliveries declined month over month and no change week on week.
SGX Asia Clear OTC Sub-Bit Indonesian coal for Q1 2016 delivery swap closed US$ 0.30 (0.83%) higher compared to average Q3 2016 delivery price of US$ 36.00 on 13 November 2015.
