No offer for G1 grade coal in February e-auction

G1 grade (GCV above 7,000 Kcal/kg) coal was not offered by CIL for allotment through the MSTC platform in February 2016, as per data available with ICMW.

However, poor demand was witnessed for G1 grade coal offered by CIL for allotment through the MSTC platform in January 2016 as out of the entire offerings of 30,000 tons, 3,080 tons got allotted at a weighted average price of Rs 5,488 per ton.

However, G1 grade was not offered in December, 2015 by CIL subsidiaries for allotment through MSTC.
