No offering of mixed grades in Apr e-auction

May 6: There was no offering of mixed grades of coal on the e-auction platform of coaljunction in April 2015.

However, there was fair demand for mixed grades in March 2015 as out of the offered quantity of 91,920 tons by WCL of CIL, 42,810 tons got allotted at a weighted average price of Rs 2,829 per ton on the e-auction platform of coaljunction.

On the other hand, there was strong demand for this variety in February 2015 as out of offered quantity of 111,000 tons by WCL of CIL, 97,930 tons got allotted at a weighted average price of Rs 3,060 per ton.
