No pet coke imports via Mamargoa Port in December

There was no pet coke imports via Marmagoa Port during the month of December 2015, as per provisional information available with ICMW. Incidentally, imports of this material via this port stood at 90,071 tons during November 2015.

For the first nine months (April-December) of the current fiscal (2015-16), pet coke imports via Marmagoa Port stood at 394,883 tons while 271,659 tons had been imported in the same period of the previous fiscal (2014-15).

However, 101,095 tons of pet coke had been imported via the port in December 2014.

Following is the monthly break-up of pet coke imports via Marmagoa Port in 2015-16 and 2014-15: 

In November 2015, out of the entire quantity, 8,259 tons came from Indonesia at a unit price of Rs 11,849 ($179) and 81,812 tons came from the US at a price range of Rs 7,472-Rs 8,256 ($113-$126) per ton.
