November coal handling by Porbandar Port down 68.57% m-o-m

December 28: Handling of coal (imports of pet coke) by Porbander Port stood at 25,000 tons in November 2015, a fall of 68.57% from 79,552 tons handled in October 2015, as per provisional data from port sources available with ICMW.

Meanwhile during the first eight months (April-November) of 2015-16, coal handling by this port stood at 263,608 tons, showing a fall of 17.23% from 318,502 tons handled in the same period of 2014-15.

Likewise, handling of coal by the port in November 2014 stood at 86933 tons, which shows that handling was down 71.24% y-o-y.
