Oct spot allotment via other platform down 49% m-o-m

November 23: The total offering of coal through spot auction conducted by CIL subsidiaries during October 2015 on the MSTC platform stood at 4.76 million tons (mt), steeply down by 49.36% compared to 9.40 mt, offered in September 2015, as per data available with ICMW.

 There were no offerings in October under forward e-auction on this platform.

 Out of the offered quantity through spot e-auction in October, 3.87 mt was allotted, up 25.65% month-on-month from 3.08 mt allotted in September.
