PCI coal imports via Paradip drop 46.74% in Oct m-o-m

November 25: The PCI coal imports through the port of Paradip in October were at 17,751 tons against 33,332 tons reported in September, showing a decline of 46.74%, according to revised provisional data for both the months available with ICMW.

In October, the entire consignment arrived from Australia at a unit price of Rs 8,783 ($138) while in September too the entire material arrived from this country in a price band of Rs 7,718-Rs 9,176 ($115-$145) per ton.
