Paradip extends western dock project EoI till March

January 16: Paradip Port globally extended the submission date for expressions of interests (EoI) for developing the western dock on captive basis till March 16, 2015, said an official from the port.

Earlier, the last date for submission was December 16, 2014. It was extended once till January 16, 2015, the official added.

The project for developing the western dock constitutes six berths with a length of 930 metres with optimum space for parking cape-size vessels in each berth. Vessels up to 1.85 lakh dwt are envisaged to be handled at the dock.
