Paradip gypsum imports drop 35% in March m-o-m

April 13: Gypsum imports through the Port of Paradip dropped 34.85% to 68,985 tons in March 2015 against 105,895 tons in February 2015, as per provisional data available with ICMW.
Gypsum imports in March 2014 stood at 55,000 tons.
Consequently, in financial year 2014-15, gypsum imports through the port spurted by 265% to 970,622 tons against a mere 266,089 tons imported during the same period of 2013-14.
