Pet coke exports from Kolkata rise to 110 tons in July

August 7: A volume of 110 tons of calcined pet coke was exported from the port of Kolkata in June 2014 against 29 tons in June, as per provisional data available with ICMW.

Around 21 tons in May had been exported in May and 18 tons in April.

In July, 90 tons went to Japan in a range of Rs 31,210 – Rs 31,527 while 20 tons went to Saudi Arabia at Rs 30,379/ton.

In June, 4 tons went to Australia at Rs 52,655 per ton, and 25 tons to Saudi Arabia at Rs 31,596 per ton while, in May, a single consignment was exported to Saudi Arabia at a unit price of Rs 30,675.
