Pet coke exports via Vizag in Feb drop 36.20% m-o-m

March 12: Pet coke exports through the port of Vizag were at 10,500 tons in February 2014 against 23,511 tons reported in January 2014, showing a decrease of 36.20%, as per provisional data available withICMW.

In February, 10,000 tons of calcined pet coke was exported to Mozambique at Rs 21,634 per ton while 5,000 tons went to South Africa at the same price.

In January 2014, however, the consignments were sent to the UAE in a price range of Rs 22,160- Rs 22,950 per ton.
