Poor demand for coke fines, coal fines in February

After a gap of one month, extremely poor demand was witnessed for coal fines and coke fines as out of the 173,050 tons offered by South Eastern Coalfields Ltd (SECL), only 500 tons got allotted through coaljunction in February 2016 at a weighted average price of Rs 4,979 per ton, as per data available with ICMW.
No coal fines and coke fines were offered for allotment through coaljunction in January 2016.
Poor demand was witnessed for 181,050 tons of coal fines and coke fines offered by SECL for allotment through coaljunction in December 2015, of which only 400 tons were allotted.
