S C Pandey takes over as Director (Projects), NTPC

October 1: S C Pandey, on October 1, took over as Director (Projects) of NTPC Ltd, replacing B P Singh who superannuated on September 30, NTPC said in an official communication.

An instrumentation engineer by profession, Pandey joined NTPC as an executive trainee in 1978.

He brings with him over 34 years' experience and exposure to areas of engineering, project construction and operations of power plants.

Pandey was earlier Executive Director (Project Planning & Monitoring) responsible for planning and implementation of pre- and post-award activities related to thermal, hydro, coal mining, renewable, R&M and international joint ventures.
