July 30: The firmness witnessed in South African standard coal prices on July 25 was extended on July 29 with rates rising further amidst fears of supply constraints from Russia, market sources said.
A sharp upward correction was also witnessed for Australian steam coal prices which firmed up by $2 per ton during the day, they said.
