SCCL misses off-take target in June

July 8: Singareni Collieries Company Ltd (SCCL) achieved total coal off-take of 4.03 million tons (mt) in June 2014, which is lower than the monthly despatch target of 4.5 mt, according to provision data available with ICMW.

The June off-take was also below 4.277 mt and 4.272 mt achieved in May and April respectively.

SCCL has missed the monthly despatch targets for all the three months of the current financial year.

Altogether, during the first quarter (April-June) of 2014-15, SCCL achieved total off-take of 12.579 mt, against the targeted 13.588 mt.
