Sharp fall in gypsum exports via Chennai in Dec

January 28: gypsum exports through the port of Chennai fell sharply to a mere 37 tons for the month of December 2014 against 136 tons exported in November, as per provisional information available with ICMW.

In December a single consignment went to Oman at a unit price of Rs 28,835.

In November, three consignments went to UAE at a price range of Rs 28,191-Rs 28,730.
