July 10: South African coal prices fell further on continued weak demand on July 9, market sources said.
Some firmness was witnessed for Australian steam coal, which reportedly witnessed revival in demand from non-traditional buyers.
“Some Indian companies are eyeing Australian steam coal because of prevailing low prices,” sources said.
