July 25: Spot steam coal prices showed a slight increase in international markets on July 24 amidst concerns over supply of the material from Russia, sources said.
South African standard grade steam coal prices continued to inch up, while the Australian variety registered marginal gains. Coking coal prices, however, remained unchanged amid subdued demand from major markets.
