April 23: A stable trend prevailed in international coal markets on April 22 with little change in prices, market sources said.
South African standard coal prices softened a bit, but the prices of off-spec material inched up on higher enquiries, they said.
Continued supply disturbances from Hunter Valley kept Australian steam coal prices firm during the day.
