November 27: There was a very strong demand for G13 grade (GCV 3,400 to 3,700 Kcal/kg) coal offered by MCL for allotment through the MSTC platform in October 2013 as the entire offered quantity of 405,000 got allotted at a weighted average price of Rs 1,367.
In September, this grade was not offered.
