November 27: During October 2013, out of a total quantity of 49,500 tons of mixed grade coal offered for allotment by Western Coalfields Limited (WCL) on MSTC's e-auction platform, a total of 49,110 tons got allotted at a weighted average price of Rs 3,354.
However, in September, out of a total quantity of 11,000 tons of mixed grade coal offered for allotment by Western Coalfields Limited (WCL) on MSTC's e-auction platform, 8,600 tons got allotted at a weighted average price of Rs 3,054 per ton.
The entire material offered during the month was for delivery via road.
