Ved Prakash tipped to be new CMD of MMTC

November 7: Ved Prakash is likely to be the next Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of MMTC Ltd following a recommendation to this effect by the Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB).

Ved Prakash is currently working as Director, Marketing with MMTC and will replace D S Dhesi after the superannuation of the latter.

The board had interviewed a total of three officials for the job, including Ved Prakash. The others were S K Rishi, CMD of BCL and Sanjeev Singh, ED of PGCIL.
