Very strong demand was witnessed in January 2016 for G16 (GCV 2,501 to 2,800 Kcal/kg) grade offered by CIL subsidiaries through MSTC as out of 690,000 tons, 611,940 tons got allotted at a weighted average price of Rs 741 per ton, as per data available with ICMW.
On the other hand, poor demand was witnessed in December 2015 for G16 grade offered by CIL subsidiaries through MSTC as out of 25,000 tons, 6,670 tons got allotted at a weighted average price of Rs 732 per ton.
However, very strong demand was witnessed in November 2015 for G16 grade offered by CIL subsidiaries through MSTC as out of 140,000 tons, 113,880 tons got allotted at a weighted average price of Rs 1,045 per ton.
