Vizag Port’s March pet coke exports drop 39% m-o-m

April 10: A substantial amount of 23,000 tons of calcined petroleum coke (pet coke) was exported through the port of Vizag in March 2015. However, this amount was 39.47% lower than the 38,000 tons exported through the port in February 2015, as per data available with ISMW.
In March 2015, the material went to Bahrain at a unit price of Rs 21,815.
In February 2015, however, 23,000 tons went to the UAE at a unit price of Rs 21,692, a volume of 6,500 tons to South Africa at a unit price of Rs 18,390 and 8,500 tons to Mozambique, also at Rs 18,390/ton.
