WBMDTCL to allot 70,000 tons steam coal in spot e-auction via MSTC during July

June 27: West Bengal Mineral Development & Trading Corporation Limited (WBMDTCL) will allot 70,000 tons of steam coal via spot e-auction on July 4, according to information available with ICMW.
Out of the total quantity, 6,250 tons is of grade G-4 (GCV ranging from 6,101-6,400 Kcal/Kg) and will be offered to the micro and small scale enterprises (MSE) at a reserve price of Rs 3,670 per ton while 1,250 tons of the same grade but with size less than 50 mm will be offered to the MSEs at a reserve price of Rs 3,590 per ton.
On the other hand, 43,750 tons of G4 grade will be offered to the general consumers at a reserve price of Rs 3,670 per ton while 8,750 tons of G-4 with size less than 50 mm will be offered to the general consumers at a reserve price of Rs 3,590 per ton.
Out of the rest quantity which is of G-5 grade (GCV ranging from 5,801-6,100 Kcal/Kg with size less than 100 mm), 1,250 tons will be offered to the MSEs at a reserve price of Rs 2,879 per ton while 8,750 tons will be offered to the general consumers at a price of Rs 2,879 per ton.
The entire quantity to be offered for allotment will be transported via road mode and is from the trans Damodar OCP, Barjora, Bankura district.
