The intelligent alarm and monitoring system for belt conveyor
failures was recently put into use in Daliuda No.52 mine at Shendong's Daliuta
Coal Mine. The system can achieve centralized control of the main transport
system and equipment, integrated data management, and high-degree information
integration and sharing.
The system conducts monitoring on the belt conveyors of the
main entry and extension lanes of the No.52 mine as well as the three belt
conveyors at the sixth coal panel, achieving real-time equipment monitoring, 3D
modeling, and the collection, judgment, transmission, storage and processing of
data. It can also display malfunction warnings in a real-time manner to remind
patrollers and watchers to check immediately, thus achieving precise patrolling
and monitoring. Moreover, the system sets up a database for the specific
structure, replaced core components, maintenance records, and daily operational
malfunctions of each belt conveyor, and allows data related to the entire life
cycle of the belt conveyors to be stored online.
According to Yang Guangrong, head of the No.1 Operation Team
of Daliuta Coal Mine, the mine's main transport system involves a multitude of
knots and aspects. The intelligent belt conveyor failure alarm and monitoring
system can effectively reduce equipment failure rates, shorten failure handling
time, relieve the labor intensity of patrolling and monitoring personnel, and
greatly improve equipment operation effectiveness, thus ensuring safe and
stable operations of the main transport system of the coal mine.
