Coal India Forms Alliance to Drive Renewable Energy Projects

Coal India Limited (CIL) formed a joint venture with Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam (RRVUNL) to develop renewable energy projects in Rajasthan. In the partnership, CIL will hold a 74% stake, while RRVUNL will retain the remaining 26%. As reported by projectstoday.com, the new joint venture will be established as a private limited company.
