Mongolia exports 40.9 million tons of coal since beginning of this year

AKIPRESS.COM - Mongolia sold 40.9 million tons of hard coal in January-August,
which is 2.8 times more than in the same period in 2022.
In addition, 1.02 million tons of copper concentrate were supplied, or
4.7% more than in January-August 2022, which accounted for 17.7% of export
revenue.
According to the General Directorate of Customs, 21.1% of the funds
spent on imports were petroleum products, 14.1% trucks and cars, equipment,
spare parts and 2.1% energy resources.
